What is the purpose of peer-led reflections?
Reflection is an essential component of service-learning and is important for students engaging in any service experience. Reflection helps students make connections among their service experiences, their academic coursework, the larger social issues, and their own personal development. Common forms of reflection are writing--such as journal entries or essays--and discussion, but reflection can be done in many different ways. Please enjoy this page as a taste of reflections we have used with our peers. This site was organized and laid out by Maria Poyer.
